If you suffer from any kind of back pain, sciatica or even menstrual cramps this is a life saver. I love it because it's filled with natural biodegradable flax seeds instead synthetic filling to give you superior temperature retention while keeping our environment safe and clean. Just heat in the microwave for 1 minute (I found that 1 1/2 minutes works for me) set for hours of pain relief and WARMTH. The Lumbar Wrap can also be chilled in the freezer for a cooling soothing sensation and to reduce swelling.
