Today’s Giveaway is super special! I found a company that has Cookware that’s really revolutionary! We all have our favorite pots and pans, right? Sometimes I feel frustrated at my Bakeware and Cookware’s limitations. That’s why I was so interested when I found Xtrema Ceramic Cookware.

I contacted Xtrema and they were very kind and send me the 10″ Open Skillet to Review. What a Blessing! This is one substantial skillet! When it arrived I was more than impressed!

Xtrema Cookware is Handmade using natural gas, clay and water, so it’s microwave safe! It’s a healthy cookware! There is nothing to ‘leach’ into your foods! The Cookware is heavy. Your foods stay hot longer too! (this is huge for me, because I like my hot foods HOT!)

Xtrema Ceramic Cookware has a non-scratch, non-toxic ceramic glaze surface. The cooking surface cannot be scratched, even by metal utensils and industrial steel wool. This is durable Cook Ware!

I love that the same skillet that I use for the top of the stove can go in the oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher! It’s very elegant looking and it can go right on the table. Clean up is a breeze too because Xtrema does not stain or retain odors! YAY!

This skillet works great for my veggie burgers, veggie stir fry’s, as well as Hubby’s chicken dishes, eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese sammies, you name it! It has become my skillet of choice for everyday cooking! I found that I need to turn the heat down a little lower than I normally would to avoid the food getting to brown.
