This was right up my alley! I LOVE Coffee and Chocolate! This is quick and easy and Geeze Louise does it taste FABU-lous! A ginourmous 14 oz glass of rich mocha Click has just 120 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 23 Vitamins and Minerals and a whopping 15 grams of protein! As far as the fiber, less than 1 gram, but I eat my veggies 
One serving is the equivalent of 12-14 oz. brewed coffee. So if your sensitive to caffeine be aware!
**Just add 2 scoops of powder to 12 -14 oz of cold water and shake.. I love the metal shaker ball that’s included with the cup! NO lumps!
