I was Blessed to receive the two mixes below for review...

Wild Cranberry Pancake & Waffle Mix

This mix could NOT be easier to make. The package says to add water, 1 egg (or egg substitute (optional) and 2 Tbs oil or butter (optional) to make 30 (YES THIRTY) pancakes. You can also use milk if you prefer. With just a few strokes of your batter you'll be flippin' Wild Cranberry laden Pancakes!

Oh and there's no funky preservatives, no chemicals, nothing artificial! HOORAY! Just old fashioned deeelicious REAL PANCAKES! How do they taste? Oh Dear Lord! Out of this world! Hubby is a cranberry fiend! (I think I told you that already!) He gave these two thumbs up! If you can't eat 30 pancakes.. freeze the leftovers! They microwave beautifully!





Harvest Garden Vegetable Soup Mix

HOORAY! It's actually Vegetarian! Add 5 cups of water to the mix, stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes! (For a Creamier soup you can add 1/2 cup of milk before removing from heat....I didn't) Try tossing in a can of Black Beans or some brown rice! Add a salad and some crusty bread and viola, a lovely light dinner in under 30 minutes!

Holy Guacamole is this ever rockin'! I mean, I LOVE soup, and this is effortless! It cooks itself! It tastes FABU too! I love the tomato broth and the abundance of veggies! Did I mention it's Fat Free and Gluten Free :)
