When Q.bel set out to make chocolate wafers bars, they had no idea how many variables were involved. How thin should each layer of wafer be? How sweet should they make the batter? How many layers? How much filling? How much chocolate? Their quest was for a product that would gratify and satisfy with just the right combination of light and airy wafer, delectable cream filling, and exceptional Belgian chocolate covering the whole shebang.

Chocolate Wafer Rolls

Q.bel starts with a thin batter and forms it into a roll while it’s still soft. They add just the right amount of all natural filling, and cover the whole thing in classic milk or semi-sweet dark chocolate.

My favorites are the dark varieties! The milk chocolate are delish don’t get me wrong but the dark are decadent and out of this world. The serving size is nice and satisfying too. I really LOVE the Crunchy Crispy Dark Chocolate Wafer Roll and the Dark Chocolate Crispy Rice Wafer Bars most of all! These are REAL Chocolate too! No fake and phoney shenanigans going on here. This is the real deal!
