Al Dente Pasta Prize Package {Ginormous Giveaway}

GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED
Al Dente Pasta starts with the best ingredients—100% durum semolina flour. There is only 3/4 of an egg per bag of pasta. Anyone who has ever made pasta knows that it's impossible to make perfect pasta without any egg at all. Then they hand-feed their dough through heavy steel rollers, sheeting it again and again to ensure a light, smooth texture. A slow-drying process dries the pasta uniformly so the AL DENTE pasta is tender but firm pasta that cooks to al dente perfection in just three minutes.

Go ahead! Indulge! It may even help you relax, because you can enjoy AL DENTE PASTA™'s famous handmade gourmet pasta in only 3 minutes — leaving you time to savor life. This is because they make their products in small batches, slow-drying the pasta so it cooks to "al dente" tender but firm perfection. Add one of Monique's Savory Sauces and you have 3 minute heaven!

I was Blessed to receive a variety of Al Dente Pastas to review. Below are some of my favorites!

Spinach Fettuccine

Cooks to perfection in three minutes! Toss with a bit of Olive Oil or sauce and that's it! Pssst.. only 1 gram of fat per serving.

Garlic Parsley Fettuccine

I love that each bag of pasta has a wonderful easy recipe on it! Again this pasta cooks in... you guessed it, 3 minutes! ;) I cooked this up in no time flat with some fresh tomato sauce and Boca Crumbles! Hubby was mighty impressed! Fast, so incredibly flavorful and we were ready to rock and roll after cause we were not hanging around the kitchen cookin' Din Din! Woo Hoo! :)

Roasted Garlic Fettuccine

Are you on the look out for Low-Carb 'stuff' for your fit 'n healthy lifestyle but ya just don't wanna give up pasta? Now you don't have to! Carba -Nada to the rescue! Oh and it's all natural! 1 1/2 cups (dry) that's a 2 oz serving has only 140 calories, 1 gram fat, 6 grams fiber and 24 carbs. The taste is OMGOSH Delish! I love my pasta and this is a KEEPER!!!

Carba-Nada is also available in Basil Fettuccine, Egg Fettuccine and Lemon Pepper Fettuccine.

Organic Duets Straw and Hay Fettuccine Noodles

Nothing but the finest pastas, made with quality ingredients and hand rolled to perfection. Egg and Spinach, ready in three minutes. Everything in perfect balance: the colors, the flavors, the textures. They call it Straw and Hay. Organic and out of this world.

**Leslie Loves Veggies Readers will receive 10% off Carba Nada when they use coupon code CNSM10 at checkout. Expires April 1, 2010**
All organic duets are 20% off for Month of February

I think I would like to try any of the flavors except Squid Ink and Red Chili Pepper. Squid Ink sounds bad and I cannot tolerate any "heat" in my food. Which is a shame because I think I miss out on a lot. The Carba-Nada would fit right in with how we're changing our eating habits to prevent my husband having diabetes.
