I was blessed to receive two sample Tortuga Rum Cakes to review and they were out of this world! We got the Coconut (Hubby loved this one. I’m not a huge fan of coconut usually. I like the flavor, but not the texture.) and the Original Golden.
Both of these cakes were FABU. They make a wonderful dessert and need nothing else. HOWEVA, a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream can be added if your feeling totally decadent! If your having a gathering for the holidays and don’t want to bake, think about serving a Tortuga Rum Cake. Ohhh and the cake is 33 oz that’s huge and will feed a crowd!
