Heart Healthy Five Oil
eSutras Heart Healthy Cooking Oil, blends are rich in unsaturated fats and incredibly low in saturated fats and trans fats. Uniquely blended their oils have a high concentration of monounsaturated fats, being rich in olive oil, sesame and virgin sunflower seed oil.
Since this oil also combines corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, soy oil and palm oil you can even use this blend to fry foods as they have a higher smoke point than normal vegetable oil.
Ingredients: Organic cold-pressed oils of Sunflower, Olive, Soybean, Sesame, Safflower and Canola oil.
I don’t use a lot of oil to cook with. In fact we eat a relatively low fat diet. But when I do cook with oil I want to make sure it’s the healthiest oil I can find. When my new friends at eSutras sent me Heart Healthy Five Oil Blend to try I was up for the challenge! I still use it sparingly as it is not low calorie 
The flavor is really NICE. The first dish I added this to was an Indian curry and wow was it fabu!
This oil makes a wonderful dip! Instead of slathering your bread with butter, put a small bowl of Heart Healthy Five Oil out and dip your heart healthy whole grain bread into this instead. Mmmm….
Berbere Spice Blend eSutras Berbere Spice Mix is made in the traditional Ethiopian style, with a coarse, earthy texture and a lot of spiciness. Use eSutras Berbere Spice Mix much like you would a curry powder; mix with olive oil to create a paste marinating tofu and seitan or simmering with vegetables. Fantastic in stews, stir-fries, curries and rice dishes.
Ingredients: Ginger, Coriander, Fennel, Black pepper, Chilli Clove, Thyme, Fenugreek, Amla Powder, Sea salt, Schizandra berries, Cardamom, Proprietary Blend of Ayurvedic Spices.
This has a shaker top and when you open the canister the fragrance is pure magic! I love my food highly seasoned! Y’all know that! This is just glorious! It’s spicy and although it’s not a curry powder per se it can be used in curry dishes! I’m lovin’ this on my veggies, pastas and even potatoes! Very very versatile! You can even mix it with the Heart Healthy Five Oil Blend and us it as a dipping sauce.
