Mmmm Hmmmmm!! Hubby the Hubster was on Staycation last week and Man oh Man did we have a feast! Well, My oldest kiddo and I did! She’s a vegetarian like me and we chowed down on these Meatless Garlic Portabella Burgers!! Hubby grilled ‘em to perfection and my daughter and I piled ‘em on buns and then added all the fixin’s, like lettuce, tomato, pickles and ketchup! Yup I added my mustard too! Holy Moly these are delish. What a nice change from my regular Veggie Burger!
