Going camping, tailgating, or picnicing? Bring Harmony Valley Sausage Mix! Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Needs no refrigeration! Just add water and viola! You’re ready to cook! Easy to make at home! Just pan griddle! My whole family enjoyed Harmony Valley Breakfast Sausage Mix. 11 grams of protein per serving and only 3.5 grams of fat.

Harmony Valley Vegetarian Hamburger Mix
This is delicious as burgers or in your fave recipes! Makes a killer veggie chili! Harmony Valley Vegetarian Burger Mix is lightly seasoned so it’s perfect for grillin’ or for taking on trips. Remember, no refrigeration is required! Tastes fantastic and it’s low in fat, high in protein and a good source of fiber and iron!
Here is a recipe I think you’ll like…

VEGETARIAN MEATBALLS
Ingredients
1 lb hydrated Harmony Valley Vegetarian Mix Hamburger Style
½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/8 cup ketchup
¼ cup onion, minced
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 x 13 rectangle with pan spray, set aside. In a medium size mixing bowl, add Harmony Valley Vegetarian Mix Hamburger Style and remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly to combine. Pinch small portions off and roll into bite sized meatballs. Place in prepared dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
