School’s started! No more lazy days of summer! Even though my girls are out of the house, I feel the time crunch! Hubby’s commute is a bit longer because traffic is worse. The girls are always popping in for dinner. My Little Guy is always here! I love that! So I like to have meals ready on the fly! It’s nice to prepare a HUGE meal and freeze the leftovers. I never turn my nose up at leftovers! Most leftovers are even better the next day!

Come fall you will find me making a HUGE pot of soup, chili or veggie stew almost weekly! I freeze what we don’t eat and Sweet Pea grabs a container or two and takes ‘em back to school. Hubby takes a container to work and on the rare occasion that I have any left, we have a meal in the freezer so I don’t have to cook!
