Tillamook County Creamery Association is a 101 year old farmer-owned and operated dairy cooperative. For the past century they”ve become famous for their award-winning cheeses, ice creams, and other Tillamook® dairy products. You know their cheese is delish! Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese was voted “World’s Best Medium Cheddar Cheese” at the 2010 World Championship Cheese Contest.

Hubby and the girls love cheese and now My Little Guy is a huge grilled cheese sammie lover! I’m not keen on the fake ‘stuff’. Lord only knows what’s in it. Sweet Pea loves a cheese omelette on the weekend and when she’s at home, she has me fix it for her. Now that I’ve tried Tillamook, I’m thinkin’ cheese lovers choose Tillamook! Their cheese must come from Grade A cows, it’s that good! HaHaHa! Seriously, this cheese rocks.

The Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese is a creamy rich all purpose cheddar that my family really loved! I thought it might be too strong for My Little Guy! However, he is just approaching his first birthday and loves cheese! The doctor has given him the go ahead for most table foods and one of his faves is grilled cheese sandwiches. I was so happy that he loved this cheese. Each serving has 7 grams of protein and 20% Daily Value for Calcium. Not only that all of the milk and cream used in the production of Tillamook dairy products, comes from cows not supplemented with artificial growth hormones. That’s huge to me!
The 2 lb Baby Loaf would be perfect to have on hand during the holidays when guests are constantly stopping by and there always seems to be a party going on!
Shredded Cheese is so convenient! Since we love Italian food I picked up the Italian Blend for my totally outrageous Baked Ziti! This is a blend of Mozzarella, Parmesan and Smoked Provolone (never used smoked provolone in my cooking before and it makes a huge difference!) This melted like a dream and added a creamy, authentic Italian flavor to my ziti! It was delicious!
Who doesn’t love Sliced Cheese? Tillamook has quite a variety to choose from. Great for sammies, burgers, omlettes, party trays and snacking!
