**GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED**

Already thrilling millions of consumers worldwide for decades, chocolate-with-bubbles is now destined to captivate the sophisticated American cocoa palate as well. I haven’t had the pleasure of traveling abroad but rumor has it that our friends in Europe have a secret, bubbles-with-chocolate (technically known as aerated chocolate). Good Lord, there’s a chocolate I don’t know about? I feel like I’ve been living under a rock!

Thanks to the folks at Bubble Chocolate® this totally groovy chocolate has finally made it’s way to America!

I was Blessed to receive Bubble Chocolate® for review. Bubble Chocolate looks like a regular chocolate bar but mark my words this is not your ordinary hunk ‘o chocolate guys! First of all a Bubble Chocolate Bar is 1/3 larger than a traditional chocolate bar because of it’s micro air bubbles inner core. As a result, Bubbles Chocolate has fewer calories per volume. Ahhh, portion control! Six pieces of Bubble Chocolate is about 100-110 calories.

Now about those bubbles! 🙂 I thought Bubble Chocolate was going to be effervescent like soda! NO NO NO! Not at all! Each bar is delightfully thick! Break off a piece and pop it in your mouth. Wait! Don’t chew it yet, let it melt a bit. It starts off a tad dry but becomes warm and creamy as you feel those bubbles popping in your mouth. Now chew gently and enjoy! Sooooooo yummerlicious! It really is a unique experience!

Dark Chocolate Bar Each 2.82 0z. individually boxed bar features 60 percent cacao, which is a natural source of flavanol antioxidants similar to those found in green tea and berries. It’s dairy free, but is processed on the same equipment used to process the Milk Chocolate Bars. *Price ~ $2.50 each.*

Milk Chocolate Bar Each 2.82 0z. individually boxed bar features the creamy flavor of milk chocolate. This deeeeelish flavor is sure to appeal to everyone! *Price ~ $2.50 each.*

I found this tidbit interesting: Chocolate is most satisfying when its melting point is close to one’s body temperature. Infusing chocolate with bubbles enhances the mouth experience because the resulting structure causes chocolate to melt more rapidly across the tongue. Bubbles create a unique texture, which in turn, creates a more immediate, satisfying taste sensation.
