I have two or three eye makeup removers I rely on because my eyes are so sensitive. Other products cause my eyelids to become red, irritated and itch like mad! In addition to having super sensitive eyelids I also have alopecia areata of my eyelashes. From the age of 17 until two years ago I had little to no lashes. I’ve been using a topical medication daily for 2 years and now have pretty eyelashes.
However, they are still fragile. If I use an eye makeup remover that’s harsh, or doesn’t easily remove my mascara, my eyelashes fall out. I’m always a little worried when I try a new eye makeup remover, but I knew that if Eyebright Eye Makeup Remover removed my eye makeup effectively and gently that would be a real test of derma e!
Eyebright Eye Makeup Remover is a thick, clear, fragrance-free product. The oil-free, pH balanced formula is very gentle, I’m thrilled to report! Although the formula is thick compared to some watery and ineffective brands I’ve used, it’s not heavy or greasy and rinses away with no residue. Eyebright Eye Makeup Remover left the skin around my eyes clean, soft and refreshed without stinging or burning!
The formula contains Chamomile and Cucumber extracts which soothe, refresh, and tighten skin while Eyebright extract protects against inflammation and irritation.
