I love baking cookies from scratch.  I know that my homemade cookies are pure, fresh and don’t contain anything icky.  The problem is, I don’t always have time to bake from scratch.  Cookie mixes I’ve seen on store shelves are so loaded with junk I have never purchased one.  So, in the past, if I wanted fresh home baked cookies I made ‘em myself.

Spectacular Sugar Cookies and Marvelous Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mixes contain nothing artificial!  They can also be prepared dairy free.  They are also lower in sodium and made with fewer ingredients than leading national brands (Spectacular Sugar Cookies mix has only six ingredients). Both varieties are made with a special blend of sugars, unbleached wheat flour and delicous natural vanilla flavor for perfectly crisp and chewy cookies. The Spectacular Sugar Cookies can be cut into fun shapes and decorated.  Both can be mixed and dropped by the spoonful and baked!  Easy Peasy!  Just add 1 stick of softened butter and 1 egg to the mix and stir.  How easy is that?!  Each box makes 2 dozen drop cookies.

I love Chocolate Chip Cookies so those were my favorite!  They are loaded with huge chunks of chocolate and taste like homemade because they are.  The Sugar Cookies are reminiscent of the sugar cookies my mom made when I was a little girl.  They bake up soft and sweet and are perfect with a glass of milk or cup of tea.
