I have to be perfectly honest. I just do not like pie. While I love the taste, there is something about the texture of fruit pies that I don’t like. So I don’t eat them. My family, however devours them. So they were happy to get their greedy little mitts on Katz Gluten Free Apple Pie.
While this 6″ pie is a bit smaller than traditional pies, it’s still large enough to serve 4 or 5. The gang really liked this pie, by itself and Hubby topped his slice with a little vanilla ice cream. My daughter is eating gluten-free on the advice of her Gastro-Enterologist! I love cookies!!! I really do. These tasty little snacks are a cross between a crunchy cookie and a crispy cracker. There are a few mixes on the market and I have had some really good success with some of them. Be sure to have all the ingredients on hand and don’t forget the Bundt Pan!
