I just celebrated a milestone birthday! I think differently about skincare than I did 25 years ago. Back then dime store soap and water was ‘good enough’. I was pleasantly surprised by the texture of each of these products. As I said, I have very sensitive skin and although my skin is dry; thick, oily creams irritate my skin. Your Best Face Skincare products are easily absorbed and very light in texture. These products are fun and easy to use!
- define – Define Lip Area Anti-Age Cream was created for those of us who crave a softer more youthful looking mouth area. Have you ever looked at a little child’s lips? They are always full, soft, firm and bright! To regain that look later in life is huge! Lip plumping glosses are pretty but for the most part only offer a short term fix. Use define a.m. and p.m for lasting results! Psst can be worn under your glosses and lipsticks. Price ~ $70 / .5 oz (15 ml).
- quench is the pièce de résistance of lip balms. I always have some type of balm on my lips because they are so dry. quench is not just a balm, it’s a lip treatment! It contains antioxidant properties to keep your lips velvety soft and super moist. I love the shape of the tube too! With other balms I find that I am apply hourly. With quench, I only have to apply several times a day because it sinks in and then my lips stay comfortable for hours. Price ~ $15 / .15 oz oval tube.
- restore is more than just a vitamin C serum. This skin brightening product will restore skin to ‘what it used to be’. If you’ve ever tried a vitamin C serum, you know they can work magic on your skin. Think about what vitamin C does for your body when taken orally. This serum has the ability to brighten, even your skin tone and diminish those dark spots we all tend to acquire with age. restore’s formula is very gentle and non-irritating. I use this product in the p.m. and control in a.m. Both of these products are ideal for aging skin. Price ~ $120 / 1 oz (30 ml) airless pump.
- control is my super charged wrinkle fighter! Sun, stress (who doesn’t have that) and time are all factors in creating those pesky little lines and deep furrows. control contains the latest skin rejuvenators that, when used regularly will increase skins elasticity, brighten skin and decrease the appearance of wrinkles. I’ve never been a sun worshiper but I have noticed changes in my skin tone and texture over the years. I am starting to see wrinkles appear and I am doing everything I can to keep them at bay. Many products rely on very harsh ingredients and chemicals to do their magic. control is very gentle and I am applying this lightweight, formula under my foundation every morning. Like all Your Best Face products, control is very concentrated and a little goes a long way. This bottle will last quite a while. Price ~ $160 / 1 oz (30 ml) airless pump.
- hydrate B works much differently than a moisturizer. I’ve known about the benefits of this cream’s main ingredient for a while and I can tell you it works. Hydrate B Concentrate attracts and draws moisture deeper into the skin, helping active ingredients better penetrate, stay effective longer and perform better for skin that feels supple and smooth. While boosting hydration, Hydrate B also infuses skin with three forms of vitamin B that help skin become more toned, clear and radiant. I find that I use much less moisturizer when I use hydrate B. That’s because the ingredients in hydrate B literally draw moisture from the environment and bind it to my skin. My skin actually feels more hydrated all day. After applying moisturizer alone, my skin is usually bone dry in a few hours. Not so with hydrate B. This product is great for women (men too) of all ages. - correct is the eye cream that I use to relieve a multitude of eye problems! Most creams do one job and that’s it. correct reduces fine lines, decreases puffiness and diminishes dark under eye circles. If you’ve ever had someone tell you look tired after a full nights sleep, then maybe this is the eye cream for you. correct can be used a.m. or p.m. at the first sign of aging around the eye area. A friend of mine suggested Botox and for a few days I was seriously considering it. I must be nuts! Now that I’ve been using correct, I no longer feel the need for Botox. My eyes look brighter, softer and more open. Price ~ (USD) $150 / .5 oz (15 ml) airless pump
- refresh is a lighter version of correct. refresh eye cream contains the antioxidants idebenone, spin trap, L-carnosine and more, plus peptides to reduce existing wrinkles and help avoid new ones. refresh also restores elasticity and may help diminish the appearance of dark circles. I use refresh under my concealer because it’s not heavy or greasy. It moisturizes my under eye area so my makeup stays fresher and remains crease-free all day. A small dot is all that’s needed.
