Hubby the Hubster is the Grill Master at our house and for the most part he does a pretty great job for the most part. But just last week he sauntered through the kitchen door with with two grilled veggie dogs that were blacker than midnight. He tried to extoll the virtues of carbon to me, telling me it had a calming effect on the digestive tract. I didn’t buy it. Those veggie dogs were rubbery and burned beyond recognition.
