The Oliver Kita line of artisan fine chocolates is infused with the flavors of flowers, herbs, citrus, exotic fruits, berries, nuts, and spices. Heavy satin cream, award-winning sweet butter, the finest fruits, low sugar, and carefully selected and roasted nuts are all in an artfully hand-crafted design by Kita.
Kita uses organic, fair trade chocolate in his gourmet collections. He believes it’s important for the patrons of his shop and anyone who purchases chocolate to align their spending choices with universal and personal values.
I was Blessed to receive an Oliver Kita 16 piece Studio Collection for review.
I received the 16 piece Studio Collection not once but twice. The first time it arrived very melted. The second time, it arrived melted. These chocolates are so decadent and so delicious I just wish they were not shipping them via USPS. The first box didn’t have a cold pack and the second box had a “hot” cold pack. 
My plea to Oliver Kita Fine Confections? Please, please, please ensure that your gorgeous product arrives at it’s destination in the pristine condition it left in! Your product is so beautiful and so delicious. I know you want your customer to enjoy it at its fullest!
The Studio collection includes 16 pieces of decadent, dreamy and ‘off beat’ chocolate. If you are looking for the same old same old, then this is not your chocolate! If you are looking for a piece of chocolate that will send you into orbit, then Oliver Kita Fine Chocolates are what you want to reach for!
Hubby tasted quite a few pieces and enjoyed each one. I’m a dark chocolate lover and these are simply fabulous. The combinations are unique and unexpected. The chocolate is sweet but not cloying and each piece was fresh.
A few of our Favorites
- Lavendre Citronade - (Second row, fourth piece) Lavender and lime! I didn’t think I would like this chocolate but I did! The taste is creamy and citrusy with a hint of light lavender.
- Scarlet Caramel - (Second row, second piece) If you adore caramel like I do this will be a favorite of yours!! Soft, mouthwatering caramel combined with sweet, ripe strawberries. This is so much better than a chocolate covered strawberry!
- Brut – (First row, first piece) Dark chocolate lovers will really adore this piece. Take a bite and let this piece melt on your tongue. Savor the chocolate and the smooth rich flavors. This is a two-bite piece!
- Espresso Double Shot – (Fourth row, first piece) Hubby the Hubster’s favorite piece. He is an espresso lover. No coffee is too bold or too rich for this man! Crushed cocoa nibs are encrusted on this dark truffle-like chocolate, which is laced with organic espresso inside!
