Nutritionist say we need several servings of fruits and vegetables a day. I was Blessed to receive Berry Flavored Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens for review.

Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens is not your typical thick ‘green’ drink.  It tastes great and when I checked the ingredient list I realized why.  The first few ingredients are yummers!  Let me explain.  Many ‘green’ powder shake mixes I’ve tried in the past start off with their green ingredients first.  As nutritious as this may be, these ingredients are not always easy to drink.

Tropical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens starts with Concord Grape Powder and Acerola Cherry Powder!  These yummy and healthy ingredients add a terrific flavor to this Stevia sweetened dietary supplement.

Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens contains a variety of high Oxygen Radical Absorbency Capacity (ORAC) value whole foods, providing you with optimal levels of antioxidants that would be difficult to get on your own. Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens also contains 2600mg of Organic Flax & Organic Flax Lignans per serving, rich in ALA Omega 3 fatty acids

To use just add one scoop to 8-10 oz of water (or juice) and stir.  I like to add Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens to about 8 oz of cold water and mix in 2 oz of juice, add ice and mix in the blender bottle.
