I love to cook and it isn’t often I find a revolutionary frying pan! I’ve been cooking since I was about six and I haven’t encountered anything really new and exciting as far as cookware goes. Sure there’s non-stick cookware which is really lovely. But it has it’s drawbacks. I recently received an Aeternum sauté pan from the folks at Bialetti which was unlike anything I ever used. It’s not only gorgeous, it works like a dream! I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and every time I cook that’s the pan I reach for!
I was Blessed to receive a Bialetti 10” Aeternum Sauté Pan for review. The Aeternum line includes quite a few pieces and I think the saute’ pan is an excellent way to experience just how incredible Aeternum cookware is. Nothing sticks to the surface of this ultra-modern looking pan. With just the tiniest drizzle of canola or extra virgin olive oil, chicken breast, meats and veggies slide around the pan. I’ve cooked sauces, eggs and french toast in the Bialetti 10” Aeternum Sauté Pan and the pan almost wipes clean.
The Bialetti 10” Aeternum Sauté Pan features a “nano-ceramic” non-stick coating on the interior surface. The first time I cooked in the pan I was a little ‘star-struck’. It was so neat watching the food cook on a white surface. You can actually see the food changing color, becoming brown and cooking. I was in awe. The Aeternum line is fun to cook with! Visually it creates a whole new sensation for me! And I like that!
When I did a little research I found out that Aeternum is the #1 choice of cookware in Italy. I can see why! The design of the pan is gorgeous. I love the red silicone exterior and white nano-ceramic interior. The handle stays cool to the touch and even has a silver rimmed opening for hanging. Aeternum cookware is free of PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic Acid), PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and Cadmium; questionable substances that I don’t want in my non-stick cookware!
- Aeternum is scratch resistant – Although the surface of the pan is durable, tough and scratch resistant I am using plastic, silicone and good old fashioned wooden utensils to cook with.
- Aeternum is stain resistant – I’ve cooked tomato sauce, roasted red peppers and the inside of my pan is still snowy white.
- Suitable for gas, electric and ceramic stoves
- Really holds the heat! Can withstand temperatures up to 750°
