Happy Valentine’s Day from Mrs. Fields! Don’t get me wrong, I love chocolate! But I’m a total sucker for cookies. Cookies are a comfort food and a way I celebrate special times. I even created a special chocolate chip cookie for my one year wedding anniversary and named them Anniversary Cookies. To this day I bake them for Hubby every April.
I’m happy to report I did quite a bit of baking while the weather has been cool! And Hubby even got in on the action. But there’s something about receiving a gift of Mrs. Fields Cookies that’s really special. Their products always arrive packaged so nicely and in pristine condition. I have two of their ceramic cookie jars and both arrived at my doorstep in perfect condition with every single fresh-baked cookie intact. Other companies take forever to process, package and ship my orders. When I order from Mrs. Fields I have my cookies in just a few days. Their shipping is that fast!
I was Blessed to receive a Loveable Tin with Frosted Cookies for review. This beautiful assortment of cookies is available in two sizes: 6 original cookies and 6 NEW hand-frosted cookies or 12 original cookies and 12 NEW hand-frosted cookies. Guess which size Mrs. Fields has chosen to allow me to host a Giveaway for?
You guessed it! I received 12 original cookies and 12 NEW hand-frosted cookies in a very festive, re-usable holiday gift tin! Mrs. Fields Cookies are soft and so yummy. They’ve been baking their famous chocolate chip cookies for more than 30 years! They don’t scrimp on the ingredients either. Their products are made with the same things I use in my kitchen; real butter, whole eggs, pure vanilla, and a special blend of flours, sugar, and chocolate.
The Loveable Tin with Frosted Cookies includes 12 individually wrapped heart-shaped, hand-frosted cookies in red and white. They are great with a cup of tea or coffee and they make a nice little lunch box treat! Or how ’bout handing these out to all the people in your life who make your day a little brighter! Also included are 12 original cookies in ‘double packs’. These are
large ginormous cookies in fancy flavors like Cinnamon Sugar, Debra’s Special Oatmeal Raisins and Walnuts, White Chunk and Macadamia Nuts, Triple Chocolate, Semi-Sweet Chocolate without Nuts and Milk Chocolate without Nuts!
You can see before you take your first bite that Mrs. Fields Cookies are going to be something special. The Cinnamon Sugar Cookies glisten with a light coating of coarse sugar on top. Not only does that make them taste sweet, it adds a little extra crunch! The Chocolate Chip Cookies are so loaded with chips there’s almost no room for the dough! :) And even if you’re not an oatmeal raisin cookie fan, try Debra’s! I bet she’ll make a fan out of you! Her Special Oatmeal Raisins and Walnuts Cookies are soft, moist and and loaded flavor!
Keep in mind that Mrs. Fields Cookies are baked fresh and shipped out pretty quickly so when you receive them they’re almost ‘hot outta the oven!” If you are not going to eat them within a few days you can preserve the freshness by freezing them in an airtight container. Don’t make the mistake of refrigerating them. That just makes them dry and stale. I let the frosted cookies come to room temperature and enjoy. The Original Cookies are fabulous warmed for a few seconds in the microwave!
