I love the idea of the digital pressure cooker! I have the old fashioned kind and I love how it cooks so quickly and makes the meat so tender, but the little thing teetering back and forth on top always freaks me out and I am never sure when it’s ok to open!
I would love to have the FD-1020 Gardenmaster Digital Pro Food Dehydrator, I really love to have jerky and trail mix around the house but it is just to expensive to buy these days.

Never knew that fruit dehydrators were that cheap! I pay $2.99/lb for dehydrated strawberries from the Bulk Barn.. gets pretty pricey, but they are delicious.
