PedEgg – The Ultimate Foot File {Rafflecopter Giveaway}

  • Sharebar

The original PedEgg™ is the revolutionary foot file that you've seen nationally advertised on TV.

I’ve been plagued with dry cracked heels since I was a teen-ager.  My heels are not just dry, they are rough, cracked and they split open.  I’d take a picture and post it here but honestly, It’s embarrassing and I’m not that much of a jolly good sport to air my dirty laundry in public.  I’ve said too much already.  Lotions and creams help, but the problem is they can’t penetrate the dry skin to do any good.

I’ve seen commercials on Television for the PedEgg™ for ages and at first I laughed my behind off.  I think I saw a few women sitting around filing their feet and just having a grand time.  I’m not sure why but it just struck me funny.  Maybe because I always think of foot grooming as something one does in the privacy of one’s bathroom.  PedEgg claims their foot file is so easy you can use it anywhere without a mess.  (Ok, I’m laughing again!)  Anyway, the more I thought about the PedEgg the more I wanted one.  So when the folks at Telebrands asked if I’d like to do a Product Review and host a Giveaway for one I thought sure, why not!

https://www.pedegg.com/?uid=ABFC74DBA6B49EB99365E0A3D4234201I was Blessed to receive a PedEgg™ for review and I’ll be darned if I don’t absolutely love this little sucker!   You may think this is a gimmicky little item but make no mistake about it, the PedEgg is no joke!  It’s cute but it works like gang busters to removed dry, crusty, calloused skin from poor, tired feet.  It’s billed as the “Ultimate Foot File” and ya know, I’m going to agree, it is!

PedEgg™ gently removes callouses and dead skin to give your feet the incredible baby soft look and feel that everybody loves.

Hubby has often kidded me about using an industrial belt sander on my heels to get them smooth and callous free.  They really are that bad.  When the PedEgg arrived I was pretty anxious to give it a work out.  It really does work.  The PedEgg uses a micro-file, which is like a microplane® kitchen grater. :) I was shocked at how well it really does work.  Being a nurse I know that you can remove too much skin too fast and wind up with very sore skin.  So I would suggest using a little self-restraint.  We still have a few months ‘til sandal season!

Yes, the ‘footie dust” really does stay trapped inside the PedEgg until you separate the two pieces and empty it.  (Empty it after each use.  Ick!)

The PedEgg is comfortable in the hand; it’s ergonomically designed to be cradled in your palm as you work it across your tootsies.  So that’s a great feature for anyone who might suffer from joint pain or arthritis.

The PedEgg I’m reviewing and hosting a giveaway for includes two Emery Finishing pads which are nice to swipe over feet after using the PedEgg.  The Emery Finishing pad adds a little extra softness and leaves my feet very smooth.
