Superfoods for Super Health!
I try to eat right, get a little exercise and drink lots water but I’m not always sure my diet is balanced. I heard about Linwoods Superfoods and was dying to try their products. I have to be honest with you, Hubby the Hubster usually steers clear of products like these but the beauty of Linwoods Superfoods is that they can be incorporated into recipes, sprinkled into cereals or oatmeal. Heck I can even add a few tablespoons to my cookie and brownie recipes and he would never know it!

It’s based on flax with other added ingredients and it packs a nutritional wallop! There are a variety of ways to enjoy and use Linwoods Superfoods Ground Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts & CoQ10. It can be added to hot or cold cereal at breakfast to kick-start your morning. Add a tablespoon or two in muffin, pancake, or waffle recipes before cooking. Sprinkle into smoothies, onto fruit and enjoy! The taste is slightly nutty and bit sweet naturally. There is no added sugar and Ground Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts & CoQ10 is gluten-free.

My family and I love pasta! This pasta dish is supercharged with the addition of Linwoods Superfoods Ground Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts & CoQ10. I double the recipe! It’s delicious!
TASTY GREEK LEMON AND THYME TAGLIATELLE
Serves 2
- 60g/2oz of Linwoods Ground Flaxseed Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts and Co-Enzyme Q10
- 100g Low Fat Soft Cheese
- 150g Greek Style Yogurt
- 4 Finely Chopped Spring Onions
- 2 tsp Chopped Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Finely Grated Lemon Zest
- 150g Tagliatelle
Directions
- Mix the low fat soft cheese with the Greek Style yogurt.
- Add the spring onions to this mix along with the thyme and grated lemon zest.
- Cook the tagliatelle until tender and drain off the remaining water. Stir the cheese mixture through the pasta, adding in 60g of Linwoods Ground Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts and Co-Enzyme Q10 mix.
- Garnish with mint and serve hot with some crusty bread.

The goji blend sounds super-berry blissed. Regardless, this is an epic giveaway, sounds like they mak some preety powerful super-blends, as a veg0head this stuff is perfectly suiting, we all need fats to fire the neuro-recptor pathways in the brain and besides, flax is way fibrous, great stuff to throw in a ball of breakfast oats. Thanks for putting this together.

I would love to try the milled flaxseed and goji berries. I have to be very careful of what I eat because I have a condition known as PCOS and this would be a great product to add to my diet!
