Diapers and baby wipes have come a long way since I had my daughter 26 years ago! I used disposable diapers and I was grateful for them but they were nothing like Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers and Natural Care Baby Wipes of today! Of course I change My Little Guy very frequently as I did my daughter but even still, I remember the mountains of laundry because my daughter’s clothing was always wet, poor little thing. I’ve experimented with other brands of diapers and no other diaper keeps the baby drier!
As for baby wipes, I’ve tried to cut corners. As recently as a few weeks ago I bought a store brand thinking they were a bargain. I’m a nut about wiping the baby’s bottom at diaper changes and if the baby is dirty I usually use 5 or 6 wipes to clean him. That’s not because I’m inept at changing a diaper. I’m a Registered Pediatric-Neonatal R.N. I know how imperative it is to keep the diaper area clean. Store brands and even other name brands I’ve used are so thin they require multiple wipes to get the baby clean. Not only that they aren’t moist enough. It’s no bargain when you use a box of wipes in a weekend!

They came at just the right time. We had a huge event this past weekend! Both of my daughters graduated from college and we were out of the house most of the day on Saturday at their graduations. Thank goodness for Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers! I apologize for not posting actual photos of the baby in the Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers. After careful consideration, I decided for safety reasons to just post photos of the diaper.
We were at my younger daughter’s graduation, which was packed and I ‘smelled something’. I don’t want to go into too much detail but usually this kind of very, very messy diaper would have leaked everywhere!! I was so grateful to find that the contents not only stayed contained in the diaper, but much of the moisture was wicked into the diaper!

After the graduation there was a little celebrating and it involved chocolate. We made quite a mess as you can see. Fragrance-free Huggies Natural Care Baby Wipes are ultra-soft, thick and very cushy. They do a fabulous job of cleaning tender baby skin with just a few swipes. They’re great for the diaper area but they’re ideal for messy hands, face and highchair too!
