Pacific Beach Peanut Butter Prize Package {Rafflecopter Giveaway}

When I was a little girl my sister was on a jag for a year or two and all she would eat for lunch was a peanut butter sandwich.  Now before you start feeling sorry for the tyke, the little monster had a few demands.  She liked for my dad to make her the sandwich, Lord knows why, the guy couldn’t cook his way out of a paper bag.  And the sandwich had to be constructed with so much peanut butter it actually leaned.  Most of the sammies she ate for lunch were probably 3 inches thick.  Every once in a while my twin will still prepare this sandwich and somehow manage to get the whole sandwich down without the benefit of jelly or even a glass of skim milk.

While I love peanut butter I prefer my sammies spread a little thinner and I’ve become quite fussy about the type of PB I buy!  Many contain fillers, artificial ingredients and preservatives that have no business in peanut butter.  I found Pacific Beach Peanut Butter a few weeks ago while searching for a healthy peanut butter for My Little Guy.  Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe how awesome these Peanut Butter Spreads are!

Pacific Beach Peanut Butter starts with 100% Valencia peanuts, nothing else! They don’t add any oil, salt, sugar or preservatives to any Peanut Butters or Spreads.  Unlike some companies that flavor their peanut butters after grinding, Pacific Beach mixes and flavors their nuts before their even ground.  And each and every jar is made by hand!

I received jars of White Chocolate, CinnaYum and Toffee Peanut Butter Spread.  You know I opened the White Chocolate first!  Can you see that beautiful sterling silver “Pacific Beach” spoon?  That accompanies your gift box order and darn good thing it does.  While I was taking a good look at the jars I thought I should do some investigative work and check out the goods.  (For review purposes of course!) Pacific Beach Peanut Butters are a cross between smooth and chunky.  Their texture is not silky smooth.  When you grab a spoonful (and you will), you’ll be met by a lovely, nutty, bite.  Mmmmm!  Let me first say, I’m not normally a fan of white chocolate!  Truth be told, I hate it.  But Pacific Beach White Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread is out of this world!  White chocolate usually just tastes sweet and fake to me.  Pacific Beach White Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread is the perfect balance of sweet and peanut.  It is fabulous on sandwiches, pretzels and fruit.  My Little Guy loves it right off the spoon!

CinnaYum Peanut Butter Spread is my favorite of the three for breakfast.  It contains 0 grams of sugar and it is yummy on a hot bagel, English muffin or piece of toast.  It melts into the bread and instead of rushing to finish my breakfast I find myself lingering and enjoying my food and yes licking my fingers!

If you’re a fan of rich, buttery toffee then be prepared to fall head over heels in love with Toffee Peanut Butter Spread.  It’s so yummy you might want to save this jar for snacking out of the jar or eating with graham crackers and fruit.  Mixed throughout this peanut butter are crunchy, buttery toffee bits that lend a sweet, indulgent taste and texture!  This spread would be ideal for adding to a peanut butter cookie recipe or adding on top of vanilla ice cream.
