Every once in a while Hubby and I like to have eggs for breakfast on the weekends. I love poached eggs but I’ve never mastered the technique of making them.  Try as I might whenever I take a stab at making poached eggs they look tattered, weather beaten and very unappetizing.  I’ve tried adding vinegar to the water, swirling the water before adding the eggs, adding salt and every other trick in the book and nothing has worked until I found the PoachPod®Stainless!

I was Blessed to receive a set of two PoachPod®Stainless egg poaching tools for review. PoachPod®Stainless take the guess work out of poaching eggs. Here’s what you do:  Boil your water, spray the PoachPod®Stainless with nonstick cooking spray or rub with a bit of olive oil.  Then crack your eggs into the PoachPod®Stainless and float them in the boiling water and let them cook.  It’s that easy.  You can dress up your eggs with cheese, cooked faux bacon or sautéed veggies!  I don’t like egg yolks so I crack 3 eggs whites into my PoachPod®Stainless.  PoachPod®Stainless can be used in the oven too!  Eggs come out perfectly shaped and they look beautiful on the plate!  Price ~ $15 for set of two.
