Celebrating more than 40 years of being the “King of the Sidewalk,” The Original Big Wheel is back!
One of the best-selling ride-on’s of all time, each boys and girls Big Wheel™ captures the iconic look and feel of The Original Big Wheel™. I remember the Original Big Wheel from my childhood. I didn’t have one but almost every kid in the neighborhood did. They were the ride to have back in the day and they have made a huge comeback!
I was Blessed to receive The Original Big Wheel for review!
My Little Guy has a tricycle and Glide Bike but that didn’t stop in from being awestruck when he saw the Original Big Wheel box. He wanted to tear that box open the minute it arrived. I had to explain that Grandpa had to put it together for us. Luckily it was very easy to assemble and “The Baby” even helped!

The Original Big Wheel is ideal for little ones ages 3-8. I was a little nervous that My Little Guy would be too small and we would have to wait a few months to let him ride it. Nope! Thanks to the “Grow With Me, 3 Position Seat” we had a perfect fit! The pictures above are of him testing it out. He does wear a helmet and your child should too!
The Original Big Wheel has a large 16” front wheel and is made of durable, heavy-duty plastic. Stickers included for jazzing up the Big Wheel! My Little Guy is very active and The Original Big Wheel allows him to pedal off his ‘little boy energy’! No couch potatoes in our house!
Weight limit 70 pounds.
Original Big Wheel expected to be at Target, Toys R Us and JC Penney starting July 1st and in all other major retailers in August.

Not an entry: I just wanted to say I had a Big Wheel too. Mine had a box in the back. It opened up and I could put small toys in to take with me on my travels.
Hi Melody,
I never had one but boy did I want one!

I had one when I was a kid. My Big Wheel had some sort of handle on the side that acted as a brake.

The Real Construction toys seem pretty cool! My young daughter loves to help daddy build stuff so I’m sure she’d get a kick out of those!
Omigosh…I was thinking that you should totally do a review on the Big Wheel when I was entering the Thomas giveaway. AWESOME!! Now pick me ha ha. I want to get one of these for my kids so so bad. I had one when I was a little girl and thought I was too cool. Then my brother went and ruined it. Ya know when you would hold the pedals with your feet to spin out? That was fun until it wore a flat spot on the wheel. Nice. Then it would clunk clunk clunk when you rode it. Those were the days

I would love the Big Wheel or Smurfs!
