190-Calorie VitaPizza from Vitalicious {Review}

I love pizza but it doesn’t love my waistline.  Back in the day, when I was super duper careful about every morsel that crossed my lips I would order pizza with no cheese, wipe off every trace of oil with a napkin and eat half a slice.  How pitiful is that?  VitaPizza from Vitalicious is a delicious, new, all-natural, single serve, frozen pizza with just 190 calories! It’s the first truly, delicious, guilt-free pizza.

I was Blessed to receive Vitalicious VitaPizza for review.

After discovering that no other frozen pizza is in reality tasty, healthy and low-calorie at the same time, Vitalicious decided to make its own version, to “Vitalicialize” another American favorite just as the company did with its 100-calorie VitaMuffin back in 2002. VitaPizza has all the taste of a pizzeria pizza with just 190 calories and 2.5-3g of fat in each individually-sized pie.

Available in Cheese & Tomato and Meatless Pepperoni Supreme, VitaPizza is a Pizza Lovers dream!  With 15-16g protein, 19g of fiber and 15 vitamins and minerals per serving, each pizza fills me up and satisfies my craving for fresh, hot pizza without laying on the fat, calories and guilt!  VitaPizza isn’t junk food, its real food.  Vitalicious created these pizzas with real ingredients like fresh veggies, low fat cheese and a thin, crispy crust.  Nothing is missing, well except the high calorie content and tons of fat.

VitaPizza is easy and quick to make in the microwave, toaster oven or regular conventional oven. Cooking directions are on the box and also on the Vitalicious website.  The longer you cook VitaPizza the crispier the crust becomes.  If you like a crispy crust bake instead of microwaving and bake close to 12 minutes.

Both VitaPizzas are delicious!  I love the Meatless Pepperoni Supreme because it’s topped with red, green and pepperoncini peppers in addition to the veggie pepperoni!  The Cheese and Tomato is absolutely yummy and is topped with fresh, ripe tomatoes and just the right amount of spices.  Serve VitaPizza with a green salad and you’ve got the perfect lunch, dinner or healthy after school snack!
