Back to school has taken on a whole new meaning in my house!  It has been years since I had to pack lunches, get a little one up at the crack of dawn and drive to and from school each day.  I thought those days were long gone.  Praise the Lord they are back and I’m loving every minute of packing lunches and snacks once again!  My Little Guy is in preschool and he has quite a full day.  He not only eats lunch in school, he eats two snacks so I need to make sure he has healthy snacks not only for home but for his lunchbox!
