Cold cereal gets old fast!  I like to surprise my guys with Crum Creek Mills muffins and pancakes (waffles too!).  On weekends I make ‘em fresh, but on busy weekdays I make them the evening before.  The muffins are eaten so fast I don’t even need to freeze them.  I find the pancakes are best frozen.  I prepare those following the easy-to-follow directions on the package.  Then I freeze in a single layer and when frozen I toss in a container.

Then we just remove pancakes as needed and toast or microwave to reheat.  Ahhh…fresh hot breakfast all week.  Topped with fresh berries or a little maple syrup, Breathtaking Buttermilk Pancakes can’t be beat!  Price $8 per 1 lb bag.
