As a vegetarian I’m always looking for ways to increase my Omega 3 so I was really happy to learn that once slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Flax Bread contains 90 mg of this healthy nutrient which I don’t get enough of!  Cholesterol free and low in sodium, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Flax Bread is a good source of fiber too!  It’s a great bread for My Little Guy as well!  I love to make his sandwiches and french toast on Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Flax Bread.  He loves the taste and he’s benefiting from all those nutrients!
