When I was a little girl my mom would set a kitchen timer and tell me that I had to brush my teeth for two minutes. It seemed like forever but it turns out my mom was correct. Dentists recommend that children brush their teeth for two minutes Left to their own devices that probably isn’t going to happen when most young adults brush their teeth for less than a 30 seconds, a statistic I read in a magazine that honestly grosses me out!
