Between now and the end of September, Sweet Tomatoes will be offering a two week rotating menu which offers recipes and menu tastings from around the world.

August 1-14th Sweet Tomatoes was serving up menu items from Italy.  I missed that darn it!  But I’ll be heading in during the “Tour of Asia” where many of their specialty regional items are vegetarian!  Mandarin Shells with almonds are low fat and vegan and they are so delicious!  My Little Guy is crazy about them because they’re full of flavor and fun to eat!

Asian Ginger Broth and Indian Lentil Soup are both low fat and vegetarian and the lentil soup is vegan!  I’ve had that before and it’s thick, hearty and a little spicy.  It’s one of my favorites!  I’m sure Hubby and I will be visiting Sweet Tomatoes during Sweet Tomatoes Greek Feast too.  Greek Cuisine is a favorite of ours too!
