This Chick Bakes Vegan Gift Box {Rafflecopter Giveaway}

This Chick ‘used to bake’ all the time!  This Chick actually loves to bake but lately baking seems to be getting the fuzzy end of the lollipop!  Between a blog, enlarged family and all the goings on around here home baked cookie are but a distant, yummy memory!  (sigh)

When I heard about This Chick Bakes, the gourmet bakery owned and operated by Jen Houston and Charley Tucker a pair of high energy, dynamic personality bakers, I had to take a peek at their website!  For actual photos of their products check out their facebook page, their website doesn’t do their scrumptious cookies justice in my opinion.  But you can see them in action and check out their awesome cookies in this video!

I was Blessed to receive a Vegan Gift Box for review.

This Chick Bakes does a beautiful job of packaging their goodies!  My gift box arrived in pristine condition in almost 100° Georgia heat!  I was a little concerned because the outer box was warm but I unwrapped the package and placed the Vegan Gift Box in the refrigerator for just a few minutes and everything was in perfect shape.  Every cookie was beautiful, not one was crumbled or broken!

The Vegan Gift Box Includes

Each cookie comes individually wrapped and oh boy are they fresh!  These goodies are all vegan and they are absolutely awesome.  Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores will enjoy the decadent cookies and Ginger Pumpkin Loaf in the Vegan Gift Box!

Each cookie is large huge ginormous!  No one on planet earth loves cookies more than me and I don’t have a dainty appetite.  1/3 of the Rich Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies was more than I could eat in one sitting though.  My Little Guy went bonkers for this cookie!  I thought my peanut butter cookies were fabulous but they don’t hold a candle to This Chick Bakes Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies which are one of their best sellers of all time.

This Chick Bakes doesn’t skimp on ingredients!  Their cookies are loaded with the fresh ground peanut butter, Callibaut & guittard chocolates, organic teas, and pure extracts.  My daughter and I love chocolate and one afternoon we decided to split a Vegan Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookie.  Yes, they really are that large!  While we were munching away we detected the delicate flavor of orange in these moist, over-flowing with chocolate chunk cookies.  I checked the website to find out what was in the cookie.  Sure enough, they have just a hint of orange flavor which makes them irresistible and so unique.

The Vegan Ginger Pumpkin Loaf is a cross between a muffin and a mini quick bread.  It’s moist, dense and delicious.  If you’re a pumpkin lover like me this vegan pumpkin loaf is destined to become one of your all time favorites.  This Chick Bakes??  Please make this in a full size Loaf!  I’m in lust with your Vegan Ginger Pumpkin Loaf and would love to be able to have a full-size loaf!  Pretty please!
