I’ve been eating Alexia Fries for years!  They just can’t be beat! Each time I taste one of their products I deem it my new favorite.  If you’re the type of person who visits a steak house just get a serving of their ‘house cut fries’ then you are going to love Alexia’s newest offering!

These aren’t the greasy, overdone, wimpy fast-food fries you get at the drive-through!  These are all-natural hand-cut fries made the way you would make ‘em at home!  Containing just five all-natural ingredients, these skin-on spuds are table ready in just 20 minutes.  Crispy and seasoned perfectly, they’re the perfect snack or side to all your meals.  Serve them alone, with ketchup or with this delicious dip!

Yogurt and Dill Dip
Serves 12
Ingredients

• 1 pound (1 pint) 1% low-fat cottage cheese
• 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 cup finely chopped red and green bell peppers
• ¼ cup chopped fresh dill weed
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1. Place cottage cheese and yogurt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until light and fluffy.
2. Place cottage cheese in mixture in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve immediately with Alexia House-Cut Julienne Fries.
