If there is a spice, herb, condiment or sauce you can bet your bottom dollar I own it.  By now you know my motto is “We love our food highly seasoned”.  As you can imagine my fridge is full of tasty sauces and rubs and my spice cabinet is loaded with bottles of herbs, seasonings and extracts.  It had gotten to the point where I was afraid to open the cabinet door for fear that a jar would come crashing out.  It was drivin’ me nuts because honestly I’m incredibly organized.
