Green Giant Seasoned Steamers Prize Package {Rafflecopter Giveaway} #MyBlogSpark

Green Giant Seasoned Steamers are giving you a new reason to enjoy eating your vegetables.

It’s no secret that Leslie Loves Veggies!  With the exception of okra and lima beans I’m crazy for all vegetables!  I don’t like to drown my veggies in rich sauces or gravies; I think it masks their flavor.  And because my mom cooked the bejeebies out of every vegetable she served I like to serve mine al dente.  You won’t find me boiling veggies on the stove for hours until they’re mushy, unidentifiable and discolored, how unappetizing!

If you haven’t tried Green Giant Seasoned Steamers you’ve got to run to the store and pick up a few bags.  Vegetable lovers will rejoice at the freshness, nutritional statistics and flavor combinations and naysayers may just have their minds changed by the sheer fact that these veggies taste so darned good!

I was Blessed to receive a Green Giant Seasoned Steamer Prize Package for Review.

Green Giant Seasoned Steamers™ are one of the first sauce-free seasoned vegetables to bring unique chef-inspired seasonings and premium cut vegetable blends to your plate!  Available in six taste unique and fresh tasting flavor combinations, Green Giant Seasoned Steamers™ Veggies are not just plain old steamed veggies.  They’re fresh, flavorful vegetables with a light touch of seasoning.  Varieties include: Mediterranean Blend, Tuscan Seasoned Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts with Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper, Honey Roasted Sweet Corn, Honey Dijon Carrots and Backyard Grilled Potatoes.

Green Giant Seasoned Steamers Prize Package includes a VIP coupon so you can purchase a package of your favorite vegetables

  • (1) Green Giant Seasoned Steamers VIP Coupon
  • Apron
  • Green Giant branded serving spoon
  • Large white serving bowl

My family loves potatoes so I tried the Backyard Grilled Potatoes which are a seasoned blend of roasted potatoes, peppers and onions.  You don’t fry or bake them!  They steam right in the bag and they are yummy!  And unlike french fries which can be loaded with fat, Backyard Grilled Potatoes only contain 3 grams of fat per ½ cup serving.

Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite veggies.  If you don’t love them, please give Green Giant Seasoned Steamers™ Brussels sprouts a whirl.  These are seasoned with sea salt, cracked black pepper and a touch of extra virgin olive oil.  They are fabulous! They may just change your mind about Brussels sprouts :) !

Green Giant Seasoned Steamers are bound to spice up any meal with six varieties!

    Aaron Bretveld says:

I have tried the brussel sprouts with sea salt and cracked pepper and it was VERY good, but the Honey Roasted Sweet Corn was not good at all. I don’t usually do this type of thing but I am going to use the satisfaction guarantee thing on the Green Giant website and tell them about it. It didn’t taste anything like corn and there was no sweetness from the honey part. All I could taste was bell peppers and burnt flavor.
