I was Blessed to receive a few coupons for Michael Angelo’s Frozen Italian Meals.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Michael Angelo’s Eggplant Parmesan, it’s better than my homemade.  I’m just being honest.  The 11 oz dinner is large enough for two to split.  The 30 oz is ginormous and feeds a crowd!  Lightly breaded eggplant cutlets are covered in a flavorful tomato sauce then sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese.  The dish is finished with a generous portion of Parmigiano Reggiano & Pecorino Romano cheeses.  Hubby the Hubster devours Michael Angelo’s Eggplant Parmesan and never misses the meat!  It’s a great dinner for “meat-free’ Monday!

Our new favorite Michael Angelo’s Frozen Italian Meal is the 30 oz Four Cheese Lasagna. This traditional lasagna is so yummy it reminds me of the lasagna my mother-in-law made. 100% semolina lasagna noodles are layered with Mozzarella, Ricotta, imported Romano and Parmesan cheese.  Michael Angelo’s doesn’t skim on their perfectly seasoned sauce either!  And the nice thing about Michael Angelo’s frozen meals is that they can be prepared in the microwave or in the conventional oven.  You can even microwave and finish baking in the oven to get that nice bubbly crust on the top of the lasagna, just like homemade!
