I was Blessed to receive two of Sadaf Foods exceptional oils for review.
Grapeseed Oil 1 L – I don’t usually cook with Grapeseed oil, but I’m going to start using it now that I’m more knowledgeable about it. Grapeseed oil is a vegetable oil that is made from the seeds of pressed grapes. Who knew? There are have been various studies that show that (Sadaf Foods) 100% pure Grapeseed oil may reduce the risk of heart disease by raising good cholesterol and lowering bad cholesterol. It’s ideal for baking, cooking and drizzling over salads because of its mild flavor. I don’t fry very often but I’m going to start using Sadaf Grapeseed Oil when I do because it has a high smoke point of 485 which means I can heat the oil and it won’t burn like many other oils do.
All-Natural Sadaf Grapeseed Oil is rich in Vitamin E, contains no cholesterol or trans fats and is kosher certified. It’s a great source of phytosterol and it contains low levels of saturated fat. Sadaf imported Grapeseed Oil is available in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 L bottles. Prices ~ $3.99, $4.99 and $6.99 respectively.
Sadaf Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 L – I don’t use a lot of oil in my cooking but when I do I reach for extra virgin olive oil. The taste is outstanding and the health benefits have been clearly documented. Sadaf Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an all-natural, imported product made from the finest hand picked Nocellara del Belice olives, grown in Sicily, Italy.
Sadaf Premium Extra Virgin Oil is pressed from the olives using an old world granite wheel. No high tech machinery or gadgets are used to extract this oil from the olives. I love use Sadaf Extra Virgin Olive Oil right out of the bottle over pasta, in dressings, on veggies and in recipes. I don’t like to heat it because I feel its best as is! It has a beautiful gold color and rich olive taste that’s unsurpassed. For a simple dinner drizzle Sadaf Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil over your favorite pasta or noodles, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, fresh basil and freshly cracked pepper. It doesn’t get any better than that!
For any easy salad dressing try Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing! It’s so easy to make and the flavor is outstanding. (Add salt and pepper to taste.)
