Mr. Coffee Café Latte Maker {Review} & Pinterest Contest #mrcoffeelatte

Make Cafe Latte at home with a simple touch of a button with the Mr. Coffee Café Latte

Hubby and I drink coffee every day.  I would love to be able to enjoy a Coffee House Latte on a regular basis but have you priced them at the fancy schmancy coffee shops?  Holy Mackerel a large latte will set you back about 4 bucks and that’s if you cheap out and don’t leave the poor Barista a tip.  I’ve decided to turn my kitchen into the best coffee shop in town!  When the weather is cold who wants to venture out for a latte anyway!

I was Blessed to receive a Mr. Coffee Café Latte Maker and all the fun accoutrements to go along with it!

Hubby and I couldn’t wait to set up our Latte Maker and start brewing!  The Mr. Coffee Café Latte is easy to set up and comes with an easy to use instruction manual as well as a quick start guide and recipe booklet.  You’ll need espresso or coffee, milk and sugar or flavored syrups if you like your coffee sweet and of course fresh water.

Before your first use wash the brew basket, whisk and pitcher with mild non-abrasive detergent and water and dry. Do not place in the dishwasher, as this will void your warranty. Run one pot of water through your new machine and voila your ready to make your first cafe’ latte!

The Mr. Coffee Café Latte Maker creates lattes at home in one simpl touch!

Mr. Coffee Café Latte Maker includes a recipe book to get you started making coffee house in your own kitchen! It’s almost as easy as brewing a pot of drip coffee!  Add a coffee filter to the brew basket and add ground coffee or espresso.

Next, add cold water to the reservoir.  Then remove the pitcher from the base and add milk (skim works great) and any extra ingredients your latte’ calls for!

Place the lid on the pitcher and put the pitcher back on the base.  Make sure your machine is plugged in and push the selector switch to the latte’ function (up).  *If you want to make hot cocoa for the kids you’d push the lever down to the heat/froth function and the Mr. Coffee Cafe’ Late will not brew coffee.  Lower the on/off lever to turn on the machine and the power light will illuminate letting you know that the Mr. Coffee Cafe’ Latte is working.

When your ready to serve just raise the on/off lever and remove the latte pitcher from the base, pour into cups and enjoy!  Be sure to spoon that rich, creamy foam on top of your latte!  It’s delicious!  Enjoy!

Now that you’ve seen how much fun the Mr. Coffee Café Latte Maker is I bet you’d love one huh!

I had bought a Cafe Latte a couple months ago… thinking it would also brew a pot / carafe full of straight coffee… *sighs* I was wrong.

However, it did make a great Latte, but with way too much foam for my liking. Plus mine kept getting burnt on the bottom, even if I left the carafe of the unit after brewing. I returned it, only because it didn’t fit my needs.

I don’t want to have 2 units for coffee… Maybe one day someone will make a combo type of machine. ;)
