I’ve always loved Dove® Body Wash with NutriumMoisture® and now I love it even more!  Dove recently introduced new and improved body washes featuring glycinate, an ultra-mild cleanser that was previously only available in luxury skin care products.  I don’t have to spend a fortune on a body wash to get a fabulous product that smells wonderful, lathers like a dream and cleans and nourishes my skin.

I was curious to see how Dove® Winter Care Body Wash with NutriumMoisture® stacked up against the competitors.  I love Dove® Body Wash but I’ll admit I’m fickle when it comes to my bath products sometimes.  I’m always in search of a body wash that will keep my skin softer and smoother and not irritate Hubby’s oh so sensitive skin.  My legs are so dry the skin on ‘em reminds me of snake skin.  So when I see a product that claims to “moisturize better, hydrate longer and keep me looking young” I’m the first one in line!

My skin has always been dry but as I’m aging it’s becoming drier.  Environmental stresses like wind, cold and constantly sitting next to a heater (which sucks every last bit of moisture out of my already dry skin) only exacerbate the situation.  Lotions can be very soothing but I find bathing and showering with an ultra-gentle body wash is the most effective way to keep my skin hydrated in the first place.

Dove® Winter Care Body Wash with NutriumMoisture® doesn’t deplete my skin of moisture and actually helps it stay hydrated.  I’ve noticed that my skin is softer and I’m not plagued with itchy, dry, scaling on my legs now.  Because my skin is more comfortable I’m wearing skimpier clothing that shows off my pretty skin and that’s a beautiful thing!
