KaChava Vegan Superfood Meal Shake Giveaway

After a few years of feeling less than energetic I decided to do a major overhaul of my lifestyle and diet.  I’ve taken up hula hooping, eliminated most sugar in my diet and started using Ka’Chava, a vegan Superfood Meal Shake.  I’ve lost 42 pounds and feel 10 years younger!

I was Blessed to receive Ka’Chava Vegan Superfood Meal Shakes for Review

I eat a diet rich in fruits and veggies but there are occasions when I’m rushed for time and I’m tempted to grab an unhealthy snack or simply skip a meal.  Both options leave me feeling hungry and cranky with no energy.  I recently began experimenting with meal replacement and protein shakes.  Some contain too much protein; others are full of artificial ingredients and some to be honest taste disgusting.  Ka’Chava is the perfect solution for me.

A Ka’Chava Superfood Shake Is A Whole Body Meal

I’m not going to lie.  I was incredibly skeptical about Ka’Chava.  I’ve tried lots of  “healthy” shakes, meal replacements and supplements in my time.  Many were nutritious but tasted so vile I had to gag them down.  I thought Ka’Chava was going to be the ‘same old, same old” but figured it was worth a whirl.  After just one serving I was hooked!  Ka’Chava’s rich, creamy texture and pleasantly sweet taste satisfy my taste buds and the plant based, nutrient rich, superfood ingredients keep me energized for hours.  As a matter of fact I usually drink half a serving because I can’t finish a whole one.  And most of you know I’ve got a huge appetite.  I like Ka’Chava so much I’ve started drinking a superfood meal shake most mornings.

KaChava contains nutrient dense superfood

Ka’Chava Superfood Shake Nourishes Completely

I scoured the nutritional label after taking my first sip of Ka’Chava.  I honestly thought something this yummy had to contain junk.  I was wrong.  Ka’Chava is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and preservative-free in addition to containing no artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.

Nutritional information for KaChavaTo my surprise and delight I found superfoods like chia seeds, maca root, camu camu, amaranth and acai berry on the ingredient list.  Ka’Chava’s nutrient dense formula is so complete it even supports healthy digestion, weight management plus endurance both mental and physical.  Did I mention each serving provides 24 grams of 100% plant-based protein?  What’s not to love?

How To Use Ka’Chava

Ka’Chava superfood shakes are great for everyone.  They’re perfect for breakfast on the go or at home and provide the nutrients needed to fuel you before or after a workout.  If you’re looking to shed a few pounds Ka’Chava will fill you up and curb your cravings so you’re not reaching for sugary, fat-filled snacks.  I mix Ka’Chava with ice cold water but it can be blended with almond milk, soymilk or even fruit juice.  I like to add a handful of frozen berries then whirl in the blender.  The taste is amazing!

KaChava Superfood Shake is perfect on the go

Ka’Chava is available in Chocolate and Vanilla for a suggested retail price of $69.95 per container.  To learn more or to place an order please visit www.kachava.com.

  26. 26

The name came from the Mayan word for Earth. This is considered the whole body meal making it perfect for those of us on the go or who have to eat in a rush. I take care of my ailing mil and if I don’t eat when she does, I don’t get to eat at all or I’m fixing her second breakfast, second lunch, etc. (I think the dementia is turning her into a hobbit!) This is bad for both of us – more work for me and we risk running her sugar up since she’s diabetic. This is just what I need to replace two meals a day and not be crashing a few hours later like with other meal replacement drinks.

  27. 27
    Leah Christianson says:

As a ballet dancer, I am always looking for new things that will keep me full during long days and will provide me with sustainable energy. As browsing through Ka’Chava’s site I am just in awe of how beneficial this would be to me. Right off the bat it lists everything I am looking for in a superfood shake. 1. Sustainable Energy (score!) 2. Hunger Control (will keep me full in rehearsals!) 3. Lean Muscle (I’m a ballerina, THANK YOU KA’CHAVA) 4. Digestive Health (I have a very sensitive stomach, so this is a major bonus) 5. Mental Focus (Sometimes I get distracted or bored in ballet, so double score here!)

As you can tell from my little comments next to each benefit listed on the Ka’Chava website, I would benefit so much from this magical creation 😉 ALSO, the recipes on the website sound so good, especially the Nutty Banana Ka’Chocolate Chip Shake! As reading the ‘How To Use’ tab I definitely would use it for a pre-workout, and as a protein boost.

If I am lucky enough to receive this give-away I would definitely like the vanilla flavor, because it has less sugar and carbs. But obviously either or would be AMAZING! Thank you for this opportunity Leslie!
